New Families, Equalism v Feminism, Paedophile Vigilantes
"Vigilantes
On Friday, a man who has pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming will be sentenced. The internet group Dark Justice set up a fake profile on a dating website – posing as a shy 14 year old girl. 57-year-old JR from Newcastle travelled to meet the girl and was instead “caught” by the online vigilantes. But is such vigilante action to be encouraged? Or could it be counter-productive and in fact, be putting lives at risk? We discuss the issue with a member of Dark Justice and Sharon Girling – the former policewoman who set up CEOP – the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre."

Bewildering response from @BBC: because the public thinks paedophile and child molester are the same we use the words now as synonyms #fail

informed @BBC I'm dissatisfied about their policy to use "paedophile" instead of "child sex abuser" because that's how society uses it #fail

@jacqs70 @Pedofiel_tweets @BBC This is really disgusting. It sounds like they are not willing to try to be very good journalists.

@pedonymous1 @jacqs70 @Pedofiel_tweets Definitely. Stress the harm the misuse cause. How it fuels prejudices. Point out different use on BBC

BBC admits to deliberately propagating conflated, newspeak meaning of the word "paedophile" over correct meaning https://t.co/jNLN0IqMOR
— Kamil Beylant (@Securityconcern) April 2, 2015
@Securityconcern - Ministry of Truth. BBC happy to scapegoat offenders who do not meet the correct definition of "paedophilia": dishonesty++

So many things that may be challenged, in your reply, to that complaint. We will state only one ...
You refer to the wording in the SOA 2003.
The word 'Paedophile' is not in that act.
If it is not in the act, it has no place in your broadcasts, used incorrectly, as that is not informing and educating - quite the opposite and dangerously so.
Yours,
Dr Nigel Leigh Oldfield.
