    Excellent article. And that toxic narrative has been hard-driven by Shane Brannigan, Julie, Paddy Fripps, and many other delusional and socially inadequate reprobates.

    I'm only saddend that it has taken this long for the authorities to sit up and take notice, otherwise, we would still have at least 7 men still alive, that lost their due to the vigilante 'bull in a china shop' approach.

    Caustic chavs, toxic thugs and repulsive reprobates everywhere, so glad to say your days are numbered.

    I am slightly taken aback by the Real OSC including this link to Mr Voxpopper and his exact words: "However, homosexuals rarely do chatting up, since both parties being promiscuous they pretty soon quickly get down to business.". I am a gay man and I can assure you and the author of your link that not all gay men "quickly get down to business" (ie we are not shagging each other) and bypass the "chatting up". Another hyperbolic article, relying on worn-out clichés, for dramatic effect.

    Shane Brannigan is gasping and flailing like a fish out of water with his statistics which he is apparently going to ram up Piers Morgan's back passage. As for Julie/Sarah Doherty, I doubt she has the brain to even begin to address the general public and tell us all what paedophiles are and her dealings with them. As for Paddy Fripps, well the man is a fat mess, a blubbering lard-ball on a stick. Let's hope he receives some tough justice later this month at Doncaster Magistrates' Court.

    I don't support any of the paedophile hunters. Not once have I watched a sting and thought the target deserves it. As a survivor of sexual abuse from my step-father and brother, I feel strongly against real abusers of children, but I feel no negative feelings towards the men who are stung by these jumped-up, police-wannabee hooligans. Most of the men stung seem to have learning difficulties or are suffering from significant mental disorders. The sort of men who would jump through hoops just because a pretty girl (whether she's 21, 18 or 15) looked at them.

    It always gets me that at the confrontation stage the "paedophile" hunter says "you have facilitated and groomed a child who you believed to be under the age of consent". Which child? The child who doesn't exist? The conditions of the offence, in every case brought by vigilante paedophile hunters, have never been met. One cannot groom and facilitate a meet with a pseudonym, a fake profile, an alias, a bogus profile. A profile that uses historical pictures of a real person who is now above the age of consent, but who was photographed when they were 15.

    The law clearly states that grooming takes place when a real child is groomed. Not a fake, made-up, bogus, false, unreal internet persona.

    A man or woman pretending to be a child.

    The child who isn't a child but a grown man or woman, on benefits, usually with a personality disorder, pretending to be a child.

    Will Internet Interceptors come out smelling of roses after the dastardly deed they did to Shane Brannigan? Me thinks Gordon Sumner aka Marcus Johnson aka Andrew's time is running out. And his wife's. For accessing confidential NHS records and passing back that search result to Jailbird Julie.
