Jury sides with defendant in sex abuse suit
"A former substitute teacher convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old student escaped civil liability for her offense when a Wisconsin jury decided she did not intend to harm the boy, despite her "extreme and outrageous" conduct.
A forensic psychologist who testified as an expert for the plaintiffs said he's never seen such a result in thousands of sexual abuse and sexual misconduct cases he's been involved in around the country."
