Holywell teenager convicted of performing indecent act over Skype
"A TEENAGER has been convicted of indulging in an indecent act in front of young girls –over Skype.
The boy, aged 16 at the time, denied four charges of obtaining sexual gratification by engaging in sexual activity in his bedroom in a way he could be observed by three girls– two aged 13 and one aged 11.
A Flintshire youth court at Mold heard the boy, from Holywell, who had never been in any trouble before, claimed he was just doing it for a laugh. He denied the actual act and said he was simply simulating it.
But Judge Andrew Shaw convicted him and bailed him pending sentence next month, telling him all sentencing options would remain open.""
