Neb. Supreme Court vacates sex offender conviction
"The Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday vacated the conviction of a man accused of violating Nebraska's sex offender registry laws, saying it would be untenable for the conviction to stand"
"The Nebraska Attorney General's Office, which handled the court case for the state, referred questions to the Nebraska State Patrol. Patrol spokeswoman Deb Collins said Friday that G was one of 59 people determined in December to have been erroneously listed on the state's public sex offender registry.
Collins said error was discovered by the patrol's legal team after one person complained and sought a hearing."
