"Lothian and Borders Police facilitate peaceful protest but will deal robustly with those who cause, or incite, disorder.
We are aware of the intention of members of the BNP to stage an outdoor meeting in Dalkeith on Saturday, July 28 and will be deploying additional resources to reassure the community of our commitment to respond to any heightened tensions."
