As I have told you, twice already, I have no problem meeting you, in person - can you give me a good reason why, because I can see, not one?
I normally require travel expenses and the cost of a meal, but, in this case, I will waive that.
As I suggest, it is 2014 and Skype et al are available, but, if you must see me, in the flesh, then let me know why, and we may make suitable arrangements; remember, half-way.
