Killers sentenced for disemboweling paedophile [sic] in jail
"TWO men were today jailed for life for the gruesome murder of a fellow inmate at a North East jail.Nathan Mann and Michael Parr killed MH at Frankland Prison by slitting his throat, stabbing him in the eye with a pen and cutting open his stomach.
Newcastle Crown Court heard the pair planned to cut Mr M’s liver in half and eat it but were unable to go through with their plan.
Psychopath Mann, who admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished
responsibility, was jailed for life with a minimum of 16 years. That sentence will run consecutive to the life sentence with a minimum of 24 years he was already serving for a double murder in Leicester, meaning he must do at least 40 years.
Parr, who admitted murder, was jailed for life with a minimum term of 32 years.
Both men were warned by Mr Justice Openshaw they may never be released because they are so dangerous."
